BSD の明日のために若者(新規ユーザ)の活躍/交流の場を作ろう。   I will make the place of activity/exchange of a young man (new user) for tomorrow of BSD.
オフ会等で集まるのはできれば東京の西側(都下や埼玉や神奈川やその近辺)だと気軽に参加しやすくて良い。   Gathering at an OFF meeting etc. may tend to participate freely, if it may do and it is the western side (out of 23-ku, Saitama, Kanagawa, and its neighborhood) in Tokyo.
オンライン的には地理は関係ないので北海道から沖縄まで全国から参加してもらってわいわいやりたいので来る者拒まず。   in on-line, since I have it participate from the whole country from Hokkaido to Okinawa since geography is not related, and he wants to do it noisily, it does not refuse a come person.
